By now you may have heard the term ‘Virtual Assistant’ and you might have seen it grow in the past few months due to Covid-19 because of the convenience of working from anywhere. In fact, most employers are trying to get their teams to work remotely now, and I think this is brilliant! Not just because I’m a VA (Virtual Assistant) myself, but because I think the freedom of working from anywhere can help many of us in the long term. I will explain why in another post, but let me start with explaining what a VA is and what it is that we can help businesses with.

What is a Virtual Assistant and what do they do?
